PRINCIPAL (PT. CJA)
As the principal, PT Citra Jaya Aurelia serves as the origin and owner of the product lines, such as Zimmlink and MyLink. Its roles include:
- Supplying and managing product inventory
- Setting national distribution strategy and pricing
- Ensuring quality control and brand consistency
- Providing marketing support, technical assistance, and promotional materials to all tiers below
VIP DISTRIBUTOR
VIP Distributors are high-level partners with broad market coverage, typically across provinces or multiple cities. Their responsibilities include:
- Purchasing products in large volumes directly from the principal
- Distributing to local-level partners and maintaining consistent supply
- Holding regional exclusivity (if applicable)
- Receiving premium benefits such as priority stock, promotional support, and special pricing
LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR
Local Distributors handle product distribution within specific cities or districts. Their key roles are:
- Bridging product demand between VIP Distributors and retail markets
- Supporting local promotional efforts
- Maintaining warehouse stock and logistics for faster delivery
- Serving and supporting Master Dealers or local retail outlets
MASTER DEALER
Master Dealers are responsible for selling directly to end-users, project clients, or the general retail market. Their role involves:
- Providing product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Handling direct sales transactions (offline and/or online)
- Delivering after-sales support, such as installation guidance and warranty claims
- Acting as the face of the brand at the consumer level
